Ginger Cookies

300g All purpose flour

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

2 Tablespoons ground Ginger

1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground Cardamom

1 cup Brown Sugar

150g melted Butter (1/2 cup)

1/2 cup Molasses

1 egg

1 teaspoon Salt

40g Candied Ginger, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper, ground


Blend all the ingredients. Shape dough into balls and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
